Questions
Questions about health summary
Why does MyEval ask me so many questions at the start?
Your answers give your care team and the app a clearer picture of your health history, symptoms and habits. The more complete they are, the more useful the rest of the app can be for you.
Do I have to finish the whole intake in one sitting?
No. Your progress is saved as you go, so you can leave and come back. Finish it when you have your medicines and family history to hand.
What if I do not know an answer?
Choose the option that says you are not sure, or leave an optional question blank. A guess can be worse than no answer. You can add details later.
Can I add something that is not on the list?
Yes. Many questions let you add your own option. Keep it short and plain, for example the name of a condition in your family.
Who can see what I enter in the intake?
Your intake belongs to your account. You decide who else sees it, such as a doctor you share it with. Ask your care team if you are unsure who has access.
Can I change my answers later?
Yes. Health changes over time, so update your intake when something important changes, like a new diagnosis or a new medicine.
What is the My Health Summary?
It is a single place that gathers the main facts MyEval holds about your health, so you can see the big picture without opening every section.
How is the summary kept up to date?
It reflects what you have entered or imported. When you add a new result, medicine or intake answer, the summary can change to match.
